How It Works

1. Purchase

Select your enrollment tier and complete secure checkout.

2. Submit Participants

Provide participant names and email addresses to complete registration.

3. Access Issued

Participants receive an email from our learning system, create a password, and immediately access the FDCPA training course.

Most participants begin training within minutes of enrollment.

What Enrollment Includes

  • Access to FDCPA training covering 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.
  • Coverage of the CFPB Debt Collection Rule, Regulation F

  • Certificate of Completion upon successful completion

Access Period

Course access is provided for six (6) weeks from the date access is issued.
Additional time granted upon request or as needed.

Enrollment Setup

After purchase, send the full name and email address for each participant to: info@fdcpatraining.com.

Once registered, each participant will receive an email directly from our learning management system, Trakstar Learn.

Using the link provided in that email, the participant will log in using their email address, create their own password, and immediately access the FDCPA training course.

If a participant does not receive the LMS email, they should check spam or filtered folders. If assistance is needed, contact us directly at info@fdcpatraining.com.
