Why Train

why train

In today’s litigious legal environment, mistakes and violations of the FDCPA can make for costly, time-consuming legal battles. Did you know that some recent cases involving just four settlements with debt collectors amounted to: $197M, $47M, $35M, and $25M. For most debt collectors, you’re Now Out of Business!

why train

Everyone involved in the collection of debts is required to have a thorough knowledge of U.S.C.1692, et.seq. the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and comply with state and federal laws covering debt collection practices. In November 2021, the CFPB issued a Debt Collection Rule clarifying certain provisions of the Federal FDCPA. Is your staff knowledgeable and in compliance?. Our training addresses the CFPB Rule.

why train

Protect your organization and minimize the risk of costly lawsuits, and/or fines or other sanctions. Every staff member involved in debt collection must know and follow the FDCPA along with internal polices. ENSURE that your collection practices are within state and federal laws and your staff has had FDCPA Training - yearly.

why train

Each staff member that completes and passes our FDCPA Course Material, will be able to print a ‘Certificate of Completion’ which verifies their training. Additionally, management receives staff reports detailing individual quiz scores and certifying their participation in FDCPA Training.
